Sam Lupin, MD

An accomplished and highly respected physician, Dr. Lupin has over 40 years of clinical experience. Throughout his medical career, Dr. Lupin has been a strong advocate for patients who have difficulty accessing primary care, specifically the homebound elderly. Dr. Lupin received his Bachelor of Science and Medical Degree from Tulane University. He conducted his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at The Charity Hospital of New Orleans in Louisiana while also serving as a doctor in the US Navy. Patients enjoy Dr. Lupins warm personality and caring compassion, and always look forward to his visiting them at home.

Scott Andes, DO

Dr. Andes has been practicing medicine in Brooklyn for over 20 years. After receiving his Bachelors Degree from Columbia University, Dr. Andes attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his residency at The Brookdale University Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians as well as the American Society of Internal Medicine. Dr. Andes is adored by patients and their families and is a true asset to the Housecalls for the Homebound team.

George Jager, MD

Dr. Jager brings over 20 years of experience in medicine to his patients. His expertise and caring approach create a strong relationship between him and his patients and their family. Dr. Jager attended New York Medical College before completing his residency at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Gil Roter, MD

Dr. Roter is loved by his patients. Due to his caring nature and attention, patients are excited to see Dr. Roter in their homes. Dr. Roter received his medical degree from the University Del Noreste and was chief resident in Internal Medicine at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center.

Kiranjit Kaur, MD

Dr. Kaur attended Guru Gobind Singh Medical College in India. She then completed her residency at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, and then a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Winthrop University Hospital in Long Island. Dr. Kaur is passionate about helping the homebound seniors in our community and brings with her an extensive knowledge of medicine with a focus on the elderly. Her easygoing personality cultivates a comfortable environment for her patients, and her expertise in medicine ensures that her patients receive the best care possible

Daniel Stokar
Administrator

As a member of the Housecalls for the Homebound team Daniel is devoted to doing everything possible to help our patients. Daniel recieved his Bachelor's Degree in Acocunting from The Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University. He is active in many local organizations and is devoted to helping seniors receive the care they need.
